Yes! Every bagel is mixed, hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh daily. We never serve yesterday's bagels, and we bake throughout the morning to keep our selection as fresh as possible.

Why are bagels boiled before they're baked?
Boiling is what gives a true bagel its signature chewy texture and shiny crust. It's an essential step in the traditional bagel-making process and something we would never skip.
What time should I come for the best selection?
The earlier, the better! Our most popular flavors can sell out, especially on weekends. While we bake throughout the morning when possible, arriving early gives you the best chance of getting your favorites.
Do you take catering orders?
Yes! We cater everything from office breakfasts and school events to weddings, parties, and corporate meetings. We recommend placing larger orders in advance so we can prepare everything fresh for your event.
Can I place an order online?
Yes! You can order ahead through our website for convenient pickup and skip the wait.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available through select third-party delivery partners. Catering delivery is also available for qualifying orders.
Do you have gluten-free bagels?
Yes. We offer gluten-free bagels; however, they are not made in-house.
Because our bakery uses wheat flour throughout the day, cross-contact with gluten is always possible. Due to the limited space in our kitchen, we are unable to maintain separate toasters, preparation areas, or equipment dedicated exclusively to gluten-free products.
Our team will always do its best to minimize cross-contact by changing gloves and taking extra care when preparing your order, but we cannot guarantee that any item is completely gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten allergy, we encourage you to consider this information before ordering.
Are your bagels vegan?
Many of our traditional bagels are naturally vegan. Some specialty flavors, cream cheeses, and menu items contain dairy, eggs, or other animal products. If you have questions about a specific item, our team is happy to help.
Do you have vegan cream cheese?
Yes! We offer vegan cream cheese options. Availability may vary by location.
Do you use potassium bromate in your flour?
Yes. At this time, some of the flour we use contains potassium bromate.
We know this has become a topic of conversation following recent media coverage and New York's decision to ban potassium bromate in food products. We understand why customers are asking about it and believe it's important to be transparent.
While potassium bromate has long been used in commercial bread and bagel production in the United States, we recognize that many of our customers would prefer products made without it. As a result, we are actively evaluating high-quality, non-bromated flour alternatives.
Any change we make will be carefully tested to ensure we can continue delivering the texture, flavor, and consistency that Craft Bagel Co. is known for. If and when we transition to a non-bromated flour, we'll be excited to share that news with our customers.
Do you have nut-free products?
While many of our menu items do not contain nuts as ingredients, our kitchens are not nut-free facilities. Cross-contact with peanuts and tree nuts is always possible, so we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.
What if I have a food allergy?
Please let a member of our team know before ordering. We'll gladly answer questions about ingredients, but because our kitchens prepare foods containing common allergens—including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts—we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from cross-contact.
Why do some bagel flavors sell out?
Because we make our bagels fresh every day in limited batches, popular flavors sometimes sell out before the end of the day. We'd rather sell out than serve yesterday's bagels.
Are your bagels made by hand?
Yes! Our bagels are hand-rolled by our team every day before being kettle-boiled and baked. It's a traditional process that takes more time, but we believe it's what makes a better bagel.
